Returns & Refunds

If you’re unhappy with your product, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we’ll issue a refund or replacement once you contact us with proof, such as a photo. No need to ship it back.

If you received the wrong item, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping and provide a prepaid return label.

For change-of-mind returns, including size or color exchanges, you’re welcome to return your item within 30 days. We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label for exchanges, but customers are responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer.
